- $13,000,000 from Permanent University Fund Bond Proceeds
- $10,240,000 from Revenue Financing System Bond Proceeds which will be repaid by UTA's Designated Tuition Funds

University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas
*Day Care Center
Cost: $3,000,000 - from Interest on Local Funds

*Southwestern Park Apartments
Cost: $17,500,000

University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston
*Research Facilities Expansion (includes animal testing facilities)
Cost: $48,000,000
- $20,000,000 from Tuition Revenue Bond Proceeds
- $18,000,000 from Permanent University Fund Bond Proceeds
- $10,000,000 from Gifts and Grants

*University Plaza Development

University of Texas Health Science Center
*Research Expansion Project: Institute of Molecular Medicine (there was a person involved in this project who spoke and said that there were some intellectual property right issues between the system and Hitachi involving the applied research and development of technology there.)
